I'm 9 months post partum, am I too late?

Last Updated: Dec 01, 2017 02:24PM PST
Great question, honestly the best outcome is when it’s worn immediately after delivery for 6-10 weeks. There are certain places in the world where it’s customary to bind for up until a year.  There are additional great benefits as well....back support, helps with muscle memory, great for support with breast feeding.

We suggest if you have any doubts about wearing the Belly Bandit® because you feel you are "too late" that you try something from our line of Mother Tucker™ compression line. We have compression tank tops and leggings that are highly recommended to mommies after they use the Belly Bandit®. Although they are not as tight as wearing the Belly Bandit® they still give you intense tummy compression! Please check out the Mother Tucker™ compression line at: https://bellybandit.com/collections/shapewear
As for sizing, please use our sizing calculator found on our website. Use the “post pregnant” option and measure your belly as described. https://bellybandit.com/pages/size-charts-and-sizing-guides
