I'm 9 months post partum, am I too late?

Last Updated: May 15, 2015 03:42PM PDT
Great question, honestly the best outcome is when it’s worn immediately after delivery for 6-10 weeks. There are certain places in the world where it’s customary to bind for up until a year.  There are additional great benefits as well....back support, helps with muscle memory, great for support with breast feeding, supports back and legs etc...

We suggest if you have any doubts about wearing the Belly Bandit® because you feel you are "too late" that you try something from our line of Mother Tucker™ compression line. We have compression tank tops and leggings that are highly recommended to mommies after they use the Belly Bandit®. Although they are not as tight as wearing the Belly Bandit® they still give you intense tummy compression! Please check out the Mother Tucker™ compression line at: http://bellybandit.com/collections/mother-tucker
As for sizing, please use our sizing calculator found on our website. Use the “post pregnant” option and measure your belly as described. http://bellybandit.com/sizing.html
